Cancellation & Refund Policy

Merchant business’ return and cancellation policy must be made available to customers on website and they have to agree to its terms during the payment process. Customers have to click on an “Accept” or “Agree” for return and cancellation button before submitting their payment information. Then, once the payment has been done, policy can be sent to customers with the payment confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

Indexia Finance believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of the payment made. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the payment details have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of payment.
  • There is no cancellation of payment made under the Same Day service cat
  • No cancellations are entertained for those payments that the Indexia Finance has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • Indexia Finance does not accept cancellation requests for perishable any service. Even, refund can not be made also if the customer establishes that the quality of service is not good.
  • In case of service and related information is not related to you please report the same to our support team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 21 days of receipt of the services.
  • In case you feel that the service offered is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our support service within 24 hours of receiving the service. The Support Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Refund Policy

When you enjoy our services, your payment is not covered by money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with our service, we will take this issue very seriously & will try to resolve it as soon as possible. We develop software that we use ourselves every day and have thousands of satisfied customers worldwide, and our support is second to none. To request a refund, simply contact us with your payment details within ninety (90) days of your payment. Please include your payment details,order number (sent to you via email after payment) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as installation service and provided knowledge base hosting service. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.

BO Clause

We as a service provider shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorisation for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
